How to Find Professor Snail and Unlock the Surveys

Here are the steps to find Professor Snail and unlock the surveys in Stardew Valley:

1. Begin your journey to Ginger Island, located north of the starting beach area.
2. Head towards the northern area of Ginger Island and follow the path until you reach a little green tent.
3. This tent belongs to Professor Snail, the quirky archeologist. Interact with the tent, but note that it will be empty until you rescue the professor.
4. To rescue Professor Snail, go to the Dig Site to the left of his tent.
5. At the Dig Site, you will notice a broken bridge blocking access to a cave where Professor Snail is trapped.
6. Collect ten Golden Walnuts, which can be obtained by completing tasks and exploring the island.

7. Approach the parrot near the broken bridge and exchange ten Golden Walnuts to repair the bridge.
8. With the bridge repaired, enter the cave where Professor Snail is trapped. Use any type of bomb to break the rocks blocking the way.
9. Once the rocks are cleared, Professor Snail will be freed from the cave.
10. Return to the Island Field Office, where Professor Snail will await you.
11. Interact with Professor Snail at the Island Field Office to unlock the surveys.
