What is Mass Effect 2's DLC Unlocker?
EA Games created the Mass Effect 2 DLC Unlocker program. In order to launch the program at various times, a scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler (the schedule varies depending on the version).
The software is intended to connect to the Internet and includes a Windows Firewall exemption to do so without being interrupted. The primary program executable is called MassEffect2Launcher.exe.

The software installer contains 61 files. The program is created in C++ using the Nokia Qt cross-platform framework. Mass Effect 2 DLC Unlocker includes these executable files, which take up 32.01 MB (33560896 bytes) of disk space.
