There’s been a lot of debate among gamers lately about which map is better on 7 Days to Die, the Random Gen Map or Navezgane?

Some people argue that the Random Gen Map is more challenging and provides a more unique experience, while others prefer the structure and familiarity of Navezgane. So, which one is actually better? Let’s take a look.

Is the Random Gen Map Better Than Navezgane on 7 Days to Die?

Because it is always the same, Navezgane is ‘easier’ for beginners. You can look for a guide or map and get to the best loot 100% guaranteed. Its biome layout is always the same, as are the merchant locations.

The cities are smaller and more spread out, and there are many fewer zombies roaming around, so there are less dangerous zombies at that.

The Random Gen Map always keeps things interesting. With the mouse buttons, you may move the map around and tilt it to a 3D viewpoint[1]. Shift the map with AWSD as well.

Pay attention to the map in the upper right-hand corner of the map window once it has been generated. When you start a new game, you look for that name. Then, before you begin playing, configure your session settings.
