Newbie gamers of 7 Days to Die often wonder where their player profiles are located. While it’s not immediately obvious, it’s actually quite simple to find once you know where to look.
To help you out, we’ll show you exactly where player profiles are located in the game so that you can easily access them when needed.
Where Are Player Profiles Located?
The player profiles can be found in a hidden folder within the game. Just go to:
c:>users>[yourname]>appdata>roaming>7DaysToDie>saves>profiles.sdf.
Because “appdata” is a hidden folder, you must change your “view settings” to see hidden files in folders.

How Can You Delete a Player From the Server?
Deleting a player from a server is so simple. The steps for removing particular players from a server are the following:
- Stop the server and connect to it via an FTP connection [1].
- This folder contains the player files:
Saves/WorldName/GameName/Player

- There are three files connected with the STEAM-ID here:.bak,.map, and.ttp. Unfortunately, these files are no longer associated with the STEAM ID. When you open them, you can read out a player's name from among the characters.
- Delete the following three files. When the player logs in again, he must now create a new character.
